8/3/2022 Gorgeous Teddy Bear Meatloaf is very happy to report that he has been adopted.

This gorgeous Teddy Bear arrived with All Animals Rescue & Rehome in Essex on the day that Meatloaf died, so he was named Meatloaf!
Meatloaf had been a regular stray, unloved and unwanted, for some time. The last time he was picked up straying he wasn’t wanted back. Such an absolute gent, he is covered in old scars and war wounds, was underweight, had terrible teeth and rickety legs. It has taken time to get him ready to find a home.
Meatloaf is 10-12 years old, has now been castrated, had a dental and an infected tooth removed. Despite his advancing years he is a cheeky old boy, full of mischief, and loves to play. He really is an amazing dog who needs a human to love him unconditionally for his remaining time, which will hopefully be a good few years yet.
He walks beautifully on the lead, and loves to sniff everything and greet everyone. He is housetrained, and most of the day he spends snoozing on the sofa, however he loves food and walks, and even more he loves cuddles!
Gentle Meatloaf is a darling who could live with other dogs, but might prefer a home to himself as he doesn’t like being crowded; he does love a female though! He doesn’t take any notice of cats.
He is not destructive at all and is quite content being left for short periods. He is a very undemanding and lazy boy who would suit an older person or couple. This lovely chap would make a fantastic addition to any family as he is really laid back and undemanding, but equally a cuddly, loyal companion.
