6/5/18 – Emely has found a new home!
Emely is a medium sized black Labrador cross, believed to be around eight to nine years old. Safe Rescue have her in a foster home in Wymondham, Norfolk while she waits for her perfect people to find her.
Safe Rescue say, “We were asked to take Emely in by our great friend Ioana. Emely has spent a long time in the shelter and Ioana felt so much of a mutual connection with her that she was desperate to see her get out of the squalid shelter and into the home she deserves. Last year Ioana had to go away for two weeks and Emely went on hunger strike until she returned.
“Emely is now in a UK foster home and continues to devote herself loyally to one person. She has proven she can transfer that love to new people and is ready for a new home. It’s not that she isn’t okay with other people in the household she just appears to pick a favourite and devote herself to that person.
“She is currently living with other dogs and cats but would much prefer to be the one and only. Emely is a clean and well behaved girl around the house and will make a lovely addition to her new family.”
