11/8/18 – Pip has found his new home!

9 year old Pip is a gorgeous Lab X Collie boy who arrived at Wonky Pets Rescue as stray from the pound. He quickly found a new home, but unfortunately he proved a little too much for his elderly owner now that he is back to full health. He has got a new lease on life which is great, but he now needs a more suitable home with people who can keep up with him!

Pip is a loving lad who likes to snuggle on the sofa with you. He is a good, old fashioned crossbreed boy who just loves you for what you are and wants to go everywhere with you and be involved in your activities.

Pip really loves his walks so he needs an owner who can provide him with quite long ones a couple of times a day. He needs company and wants a home where someone is around most of the time. A home with an active retired person or couple would suit him down to the ground!

Pip loves all other dogs. Such fun! He needs at least one other dog at home to keep him company. Pip gets on with confident dog savvy cats but children make him jittery. He should be OK with visiting older, sensible children but not to live with and none of those small, quick ones please. He needs to be able to relax these days.

Pip has a slight heart murmur which does not require medication at this time. He is in great general health, except for some age-related cataracts, he acts much younger than he is. He is neutered, chipped, and comes with 5 weeks of free pet insurance.

If you can offer this gorgeous boy the loving retirement home he deserves, please send an email to Wonky Pets Rescue as the following address, describing your home and contact information:
