Oliver is a cute, lovable boy who’s now enjoying the comforts of life in the U.K. He walks well on-lead, is clean and obedient. Oliver needs to live with another dog and gets on with cats but hasn’t been assessed with children yet due to the pandemic. He deserves a loving, forever home now.
Category: Adopt An Oldie
Please also consider our Overlooked Oldies- the dogs who have been patiently waiting for new homes longest of all. They desperately need homes of their own! You can submit an oldie for listing by our site editors here .
We also have some non-oldie dogs who need very special homes due to mental or physical problems, listed in Other Special Dogs Needing Homes. Please consider them!
Dior (Teckels, Gloucester)
Dior was in a very poor state and needs people committed to ensuring she keeps on weight, and accepting of her fussy eating. She needs company most of the day and takes up a lot of space on the sofa! Could you help her?
Max (Teckels, Gloucester)
Max was a much-loved boy but his owner was too ill to keep him. Max is very upset and confused in kennels. Could you offer him a quiet home as your only pet, with company most of the day, and snuggles on the sofa?
Mike (Dogs Trust Newbury, Berkshire)
Want a best friend who thinks you’re fascinating, loves your company and will do anything you ask if you have a treat in your hand? Then look no further than Mike! He wants to be the only pet in an adult only home… with tennis balls, toys and treats!
Markos (Animal Adoption International, fostered Leeds)
He’s big, soppy and wants to take you out for walkies, then relax at home with you. Markos loves company, especially when cuddles are on offer. He wants to be an only pet and to have a good sized garden but mostly he wants you to be there… to adore!
Princess & Tinkerbell (Freshfields, Liverpool)
Two beautiful ladies needing a new home together. Best friends Princess & Tinkerbell would like you to be home most or preferably all of the day. A home as your only pets and where children are aged 12+ is what these lovelies need.
Bradley (Rovers Dog Rescue, fostered Essex)
As with many small, cute oldies Bradley can be a strong willed, set-in-his-ways curmudgeon at times. This doesn’t detract from him being a doting companion at all. He is adorable and very sociable with other dogs. He just knows his own mind and so needs an owner who knows theirs!
Jackson (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)
Jackson was very worried to find himself in rescue. He needs an experienced owner used to nervous, anxious dogs. You’ll need to be kind, gentle and understanding. A quiet, one-person home, as your only pet, with few visitors and no children at any time is what this little chap needs.
Lucky Diddy Dotty! (Oldies Club, fostered Edinburgh)
24/11/2020 *RESERVED*
Dotty was found on a motorway and luckily rescued. She needs a quiet home with company most of the time and walks to suit the mood she’s in on a particular day. A walk in the evening will tire her and help her settle better at night.
Dodger (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)
Noble, loving and amusing Dodger will make someone the perfect best friend! He likes a good zoom around and lots of fuss from those he loves. He wants to be an only pet in an adult only home and he wants to show you how fun life is!
