Oldies Club needs your help! We have some truly wonderful, loyal supporters, but we always need more people to find out about us, our work, and the dogs we have in our rescue that are waiting to be adopted.
If you have a printer, and can get out and put up a poster in your area, you could make a real difference!

In these difficult times, we are receiving far fewer enquiries about our dogs for adoption. Many people feel that they simply cannot afford to take on an older dog and the potential vet bills involved, or they might be working longer hours and so don’t have the time to devote to caring for a dog.
In common with most charities, we are also dealing with a downturn in the level of donations we receive, which of course impacts how many dogs we can help. Oldies Club, sadly, always has a long list of dogs that are waiting for a rescue place.
By putting up a poster, you might help us to reach people who are unaware of our charity and the work we do to rescue and rehome older dogs. The poster you put up could help an overlooked dog to finally receive a suitable home offer. Or the poster you put up might lead to us receiving donations, helping us to help more older dogs in need. Or it might be seen by someone who is interested in becoming a foster carer.

Don’t worry if you aren’t able to print and put up posters. Perhaps you follow us on social media and could instead help by sharing our posts? Those shares really do help the dogs get noticed!
