We would like to wish all our supporters a Happy Easter and invite you to donate the amount you would have spent* on a chocolate egg, to us, by clicking HERE to help us continue our work rescuing and rehoming older dogs in the UK :-)

Older dogs come into the care of Oldies Club, a volunteer-run dog rescue charity, for a variety of reasons, but they arrive with one wish in common … to be kept safe, loved and well cared for while they wait in one of our wonderful foster homes for their forever family.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone who may be ‘indulging’ this weekend that chocolate is toxic to dogs, so please be particularly careful to make sure your dog doesn’t eat any. Please also be careful with any Easter cakes/buns that contain dried fruit such as raisins and sultanas as these can also prove toxic to dogs. Sweeteners such as Xylitol can be extremely dangerous for dogs too. So enjoy yourselves, but keep everyone safe :-)

*p.s. if you eat the chocolate too, we won’t tell!

The lovely Billy is still looking for his forever home. You can read all about him HERE :-)
