Beautiful Tara was in the care of Rain Rescue and her story was spotted on the Oldies Club website by a lovely couple who were searching for their perfect dog.
Now the search is over. Tara is happily settled in her forever home and her new family adore her. This is what they told us:
“We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for having this site. My wife and I had been looking for the right dog for over 3 months and after I googled older dogs for rescue, we found Tara through the Oldies Club. She had been in Rain Rescue’s kennels for 9 months and had been spayed and had another big operation for a health problem (and had to recover in kennels) and was even in 2 local newspapers. As soon as we saw her online, we contacted the centre and went to see her a few days later. We started foster to adopt almost immediately and now, a few months later, she’s fully adopted, settled and so happy. We’ve found our perfect match and she has found the most loving and devoted home and this was only possible because of you guys so THANK YOU !! “
