They need to be the only pets at home and would be OK with sensible teenagers who respect their need for peace. They don’t need much exercise, or excitement, just love. Sweet little Allie has spent most of life in a rescue and now more than anyone needs a sofa and home to call her own. She would like to live with another dog(s) and with patient new owners that will let her take her time settling into her new life. She has the cutest ears !

19/01/2026: Orton has been reserved, having had several enquiries since being our Old Dog of the Week. Fingers crossed for this lovely old boy! Orton is a sweet old boy who loves some lap time. He also loves walks and garden time. He could possibly live with sensible teenagers and maybe a compatible dog but would also be happy as an only dog and no cats. Orton is full of love, fun and snuggles!

Princess Pepper with spotty ears! (Oldies Club, fostered Devon)
Sweet Pepper is a gentle girl who’s had a sad time, but is doing well in foster and is a joy to care for. Due to her fosterer’s commitments, Pepper needs to move by mid-Feb. It would be ideal for her to go straight to a forever home. Could you offer Pepper a new home – preferably without steps/stairs?

Adorable Alfie would love a new, adult home with someone around most of the time as he’s such a loyal boy. He’s healthy and active, enjoying two or three walks a day. Alfie is used to dogs and can live with them; he has previously lived with a cat. He would be a wonderful companion.
