Category: Adopt An Oldie
Please also consider our Overlooked Oldies- the dogs who have been patiently waiting for new homes longest of all. They desperately need homes of their own! You can submit an oldie for listing by our site editors here .
We also have some non-oldie dogs who need very special homes due to mental or physical problems, listed in Other Special Dogs Needing Homes. Please consider them!
Roxy & Bonnie (Dogs Trust Kenilworth, fostered West Mids.)
Roxy is an oldie and Bonnie is a youngie. They’re thought to be mum and daughter, and they’re inseparable. Could you offer these lurchery beauties a lovely new life together?
Steady sweethearts, Buddy & Zephy (Oldies Club, fostered Wiltshire)
Buddy and Zephy want a peaceful retirement home together, with no other pets. They could live with respectful teenagers. They don’t need much exercise and walk nicely on the lead. They’re both affectionate when the mood takes them, Zephy loves her toys and they both love snoozing!
Yogie & Scoobie (Rescue Remedies, Surrey)
Scoobie & Yogie are two lovely, laid-back Lurcher boys who want a home together where they can do lots of lounging, snuggling and have relaxing walks where they can meet nice people. They’re OK with other dogs on walks and are good with children. They love food and fuss!
Frankie (CAARS Rescue, West Midlands)
Frankie is a cheerful boy with a super waggy tail! He likes meeting other dogs but wants to be the only pet at home. Older children would be fine for him. He loves people, food and napping on the sofa.
Scoobie and Yogie (Rescue Remedies, Surrey)
Scoobie and Yogie are a friendly and affectionate pair of Lurchers looking for their forever home together. They love their walks followed by snoozing and are clean in the home. They would make the perfect pair of companions.
Duke (Wellingborough Dog Welfare, Northants)
Duke is a gentle, loving Lurcher who would be the perfect companion with you all the time. He’s a big, soppy boy who loves tennis balls and could live with another dog and children aged 8+.
Chyna (Lurcher Link, West Yorkshire)
Chyna loves people and she loves life! Sometimes she’s so full of joy, she’ll get a case of the zoomies which she has to let out. She wants to be an only pet in an adult-only home, as her enthusiastic greetings could bowl small people over. She’s just so happy!
