Handsome Henry is a 7 year old, dark brown Crossbreed rescued from Romania. He is currently being cared for in a foster home in Bordon, Hampshire, provided by the Romanian Rescue Appeal and he’s looking forward to going to his forever home.
Henry really is the most loving dog and could be an amazing companion. He just needs some guidance, love and patience. He is a very loyal and affectionate dog, but he can be nervous with people he does not know. He is anxious around visitors to the home, so he would need a safe place to go when visitors call.
Henry enjoys his food and treats. He still has a zest for life and loves to play. He enjoys his walks and being outside in any weather. A home with a secure garden in the countryside with lots of good walking places would be ideal for him.
Henry cannot live with cats. He could live with older adult dogs, but needs an adult-only, quiet home. He needs an experienced family who will understand his needs and help him overcome his anxious behaviour.
Henry is in good health and has no known medical needs.
