Used Stamp Collection Resumed!

April 2009 – update:

Recycle your mobile phone and raise money for the Oldies Club!!

Greener Solutions have offered the Oldies Club £2.00 for every mobile phone sent to them for recycling, regardless of age or condition.

If you have an old mobile phone, please e-mail your name and address to oldies@oldies.org.uk and we will send you a special Freepost envelope. Just remove the SIM card from your phone, put it in the envelope and pop it in the post, couldn’t be simpler and it will cost you nothing.

Even better, ask your colleagues, family and friends to pass you their old mobile phones for recycling too! We can supply a poster for you to display in your workplace or local area – just drop us an e-mail if you would like one.

Remember, every phone recycled on behalf of the Oldies Club raises money to help older dogs in need.

Printer Cartridge Recycling

The Oldies Club have set up a Recycling Account with Jet Tec, and will receive £1 for every inkjet or toner cartridge which complies with the following conditions

a) Cartridges must be one of those listed here
b) The Cartridge must have been used only once.
c) The Original Brand Label must be present and intact. Intact means the label has no holes or tears in it and no obvious attempt has been made to remove the label
d) The printhead has no visible signs of damage (ie dents or scratches).
e) The Case is undamaged and intact.
f) The Cartridge must have not been refilled or reused in anyway.

To recycle your cartridges and raise money for the Oldies Club send them to:
