26/2/09 Poor little Toddy had to be put to sleep due to ill health. Rest well, Toddy.

———-

Toddy is an 11 year old Terrier X boy who came to Dogs Trust Merseyside from the RSPCA in July of this year.

He is a cute little chap with scruffy tan and white fur and big brown eyes. He is very friendly with everyone and loves to be fussed. Food is one of Toddy’s favourite things and he always eats it up really fast!

Toddy is hard of hearing and his eyesight is not great. He had a home for six years, but after his family split up he went to live in a farm, spending a lot of time outside and in a kennel. Because of this, Toddy has forgotten his house training and so needs to be rehomed with a patient owner who has got the time to spend on training.

Also, because of his bad eyesight, Toddy is always bumping into things! His new owner will need to be aware of this and try to create a safe environment for Toddy to live in, where he can learn his way around.

Toddy must be the only pet in the home as he is not good with other animals.
