—————

Fran is a beautiful ginger and white, 10 year old Foxhound Cross who was found sadly with large tumours and very emaciated. She is currently being fostered near Inverness in Scotland, but Active Animals Rescue & Rehabilitation will rehome her anywhere in the U.K.

Fran is still a spritely dog who is looking for a peaceful retirement home with a good walk or two every day. She loves people and a good fuss. She is used to being with dog-savvy children. AARR would prefer to rehome Fran as an only dog, although if the adopter lives close enough for meet and greet, it would be possible to see if Fran gets on with another resident dog.

Fran is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She has a history of large, mammary tumours and has been cancer-free for a few months now after surgery to remove the tumours. Scans show no current tumours and they do not appear to have spread. The Rescue will fund all her future veterinary bills.
