Percy and Dash are Chihuahuas, aged 8 and 7 respectively, and are with South East Dog Rescue in Kent.
They are looking for a home together and will not be rehomed separately. They were used as stud dogs previously and their housetraining is very much a work in progress. Please do not enquire if you are not happy to deal with puddles without fuss and to treat the boys with patience and kindness as they are doing their best to please. They will be relying on you to housetrain them. They have never been walked on a lead so you will also need to help them with this.
Percy is the confident one of the pair and he absolutely loves cuddles. He is happy to be picked up and likes to follow you around. When he arrived he had a very sore mouth and needed dental treatment; he had 15 teeth removed.
Dash is not as confident as Percy and is quite shy initially, but when he sees Percy making friends with new people, this gives him the courage to say hello.
The boys need a home with no cats or other dogs, and no children under 13 years. A secure garden is a must. They travel well in the car and are good boys at the vets. They are both neutered and vaccinated.
Could you offer these boys the kind and patient care they need?
