Please meet Casper — a gentle, golden-hearted soul with a shy streak and a love for the simple things in life: tasty treats, cozy corners and calm company. He is being helped to find his new, forever home by Love4Dogs Rescue and is currently living in Malvern, Worcestershire, until then.
At around 11 years old and 20 kg, Casper may be a little reserved at first, but give him time and patience, and you’ll see that sweet sparkle shine through. He’s a quiet, polite boy who’s perfectly toilet trained and enjoys the peaceful life of a home rather than a busy kennel. He is fine with children but would prefer a quieter home for a peaceful life.
Casper likes to watch the world go by and will happily follow you around in hopes of a snack (he’s a foodie at heart!). He’s still learning that hands mean love and he’ll happily accept gentle strokes but lets you lead the way when it comes to affection.
Casper is looking for a forever home with a calm, friendly doggy role model who can show him that people are safe and snuggles are wonderful. Quiet walks are best for him right now as he is still learning the leash and world experiences. They help build his confidence and deepen the bond with his human.
