Dear Tinker is a 12 or 13 year old senior citizen who is looking for a nice, quiet, retirement home where he can be the only pet. He is currently being cared for by Animal Rescue Cymru in Cardigan, West Wales, and would love to go home soon or even a foster home would be considered.
Although he is an older gentleman, Tinker still enjoys his walks and loves his food of course. He is house-trained and clean in the home. Also, he can be left for a few hours with no problem. Tinker would prefer an adult home for a peaceful retirement and a more gentle pace of life.
Tinker is neutered and, as an older dog, he has some lumps and bumps but they don’t seem to bother him. One of these is quite large, but it has been decided not to intervene medically due to his age.
The Rescue would be happy to consider a long-term foster home for Tinker, where the charity would cover all his vet bills.
