Beautiful Babushka finds herself back in rescue as the resident dog and her did not work out, but she got on great with the dog in another foster home and she enjoys playing with dogs outside. Old Tyme Bulldog Bully is definitely the nanny dog: obedient, absolutely adorable and with a kind, loving heart. Simply a gentle giant. He’s so easy-going and fine to live with older children but would like to be the only dog in the home. He doesn’t ask for much but gives such a lot in return.

Porthos is a different and happier dog since he was treated for his sore hips and he is ready for a warm soft bed and a loving owner who will appreciate this dear old soul for the wonderful boy he is. After a hard life, he is ready to retire in luxury which for him means food, treats, a sofa and loads of love.

Matti is the cutest little worrier in town. He had a sad past, but he is learning to trust and he has the sweetest, funniest little character. He will dance and wag his tail and he loves being sung to. This little sweetie needs a quiet home and understanding owners to blossom and let his sweet personality shine through.

Cash spent his early life shut away in a public shelter where he became depressed and unapproachable. Since living in a foster home, he has come a long way in learning what a dog’s life should be like. He needs an understanding owner who will give him time to trust. Blade (Chilterns Dog Rescue Society, Hertfordshire)

Despite being much loved, Blade’s eye medication wasn’t given consistently. He now needs a home that is safe for a partially-sighted dog. Blade loves a countryside walk but needs to stay on lead to keep him safe. He’s a gentle boy and deserves the very best.
