Waldo (Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, East Sussex)

Absolutely gorgeous, Waldo is a wolf grey Siberian Husky with some Alaskan Malamute and a little Northern Innuit according to his DNA test! He was sadly found as an unclaimed stray but is now being cared for by Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare in East Sussex just waiting to go to his new home.

According to his microchip, Waldo is 12 years old and is a sweet soul who was found sadly underweight and weak. Thanks to the love and care of the amazing Raystede Kennels Team, he’s made a fantastic recovery and is now thriving!

Waldo is friendly towards people and is young at heart. He’s playful, affectionate and loves a good chat with his favourite people. He enjoys walks and adventures, as long as they are kind to his joints.

Waldo is looking for a calm, adult-only home or one with older teens and would like to be the only pet. An enclosed garden for gentle outdoor time would be ideal. He’s house-trained and clean in the house. He travels well in the car.

Waldo also wouldn’t mind being left alone for a couple of hours. He has some osteoarthritis and takes anti-inflammatories. He just wants someone who can offer love, TLC and joint care as he enters his golden years.
