Adorable Frankie is looking for a forever home through UK Spaniel Rescue in Newcastle. He is a wonderful little lad, well behaved and very loving. He is a 9 yr old Cocker Spaniel and has found himself looking for a new home at this age, as his owner had a change in working circumstances.

Frankie really loves his walks and gets so excited when he knows he’s going out. He will even sit nicely waiting for his harness to be put on, ready for walkies ! Out and about he is great with female dogs, not so with boys, and could live with another girl doggie friend. It is unknown how he would be with cats, but could live with children over the age of 12yrs..

You will be Frankie’s best friend, and whilst he just wants to be around his humans, he does settle into his crate at night and likes to have his own quiet space where he can go off to and settle on his own for a bit.

Frankie likes to know his people are around him and can only be left alone for short periods whilst you go out. If he’s had enough he will start to howl a little.

He has a spot of arthritis, in line with his age, and is neutered.

In summary, Frankie is a happy little chap, who adores human company and will make a wonderful special friend for some very lucky person.
