Lovely Misty and Elsa are a bonded pair of female Lurchers. These two sweet older girls sadly found themselves homeless after their owner died. They are now looking for a forever foster home where all expenses including vet bills will be covered by Lurcher Link Rescue for the rest of their lives. They should not have to spend the rest of their days in kennels.

Misty!

Misty and Elsa are loving and friendly girls who love human company. Misty is fawn and 12 years old and Elsa (tripaw) is white and 8 years old and currently living in a temporary foster home in West Yorkshire. They are neutered and are about 24″ to the shoulder and weigh about 27 – 28kg. Both dogs are good with other dogs and with visiting children, though they are not suitable to live with cats.

Elsa!

Misty and Elsa love people and are house-trained and very well-behaved. They do not need to be walked, although Misty might enjoy gentle strolls. They can be left for a few hours, with perhaps a few howls on leaving, then they sleep. Now they’re in foster care, they’ve started to blossom and are becoming playful and a bit cheeky. All they really need is a warm, comfy home with a secure garden they can potter around in.

Both Misty and Elsa have had a significant number of teeth removed recently so require a soft diet. Elsa has a fibroma on her back leg which will be treated soon.
