23/12/2011 – We just had the sad news that poor little Penny had to be put to sleep due to her health issues. :( Sleep tight, little one.
——————————–

This is Penny and she’s a lovely little Jack Russell Terrier, thought to be around 16 years old. Penny was an unclaimed stray, but she’s now in the care of Dogs Trust, Merseyside waiting for someone to offer her a new home.

Penny is a lovely little old girl who loves cuddles, sleep and nice little walks. She is blind and deaf, but copes with this very well. She loves snuggling in her bed and LOVES her food.

Penny is okay around other dogs, but if startled or scared she will express her need for space. She would be best with children over 12 years old and needs a quieter home because of her age.

Dogs Trust are offering Penny for adoption under their full foster scheme which means they will pay her medical bills.

If you’d like to find out more about Penny, please contact Dogs Trust, Merseyside as follows;
