29/4/18 – Summer has gone to her new home!

What a perfect name for a bright, lively and loving girl! Summer is on its way and hopefully Summer, the 10 year old Springer Spaniel, is on her way to a loving new home! Until then, she is being well cared for at Isle Rescue.
Summer might look a little blurry, especially that wagging tail, but you can see how beautiful she is. A typical Springer Spaniel, she is full of energy and life. She is in very good health and she plans on enjoying an active retirement with an adult family who can dote on her.
Although Summer seemed okay with other dogs she meets, she has never lived with one, so would do best as an only dog. Same with children; she is not used to them and would be happier in an adult home. She chases cats, so none of those please!
Summer is still being assessed so more information and pictures will be coming our way. But she is ready to go home and will make a fantastic, fun companion.
