21/8/19 – Lovely Berta has found a home after being spotted on the Oldies Club website!

Beautiful Berta is a most loving lady looking for her forever home with the help of Active Animals Rescue & Rehabilitation and is currently in foster care in the Highlands Inverness area.

Berta is an approximately 14 year old, brown, Crossbreed lady. Do not be fooled by Berta’s age though, as whilst she is a calm, sweet, older dog, she also enjoys a good wrestle with much younger dogs.

Berta is wonderful with the resident foster cats. She does not chase, but she does rather like a good look at them. Berta fosters with children aged 2 to 12 and could live with or without children and with or without other animals. She could fit in to a variety of homes as she is very sociable with everybody.

Berta likes her short walks and a potter in the garden. She’s gentle and sweet and is the most loving, doting dog you could meet who loves a cuddle on the sofa. She is neutered, fully vaccinated, vet-checked and microchipped. She is medicated for leaking urine when she sleeps and is bow-legged from birth.

The rescue can arrange transport anywhere for her perfect home.
