Update: 14/10/19 – Rogue has gone to her new home!

Rogue Minogue is a girl, and she isn’t a rogue! She’s about 10 years old and is a Boxer Crossbreed who was taken into RSPCA care after being found abandoned. She is at RSPCA Millbrook Animal Centre in Chobham, Surrey, waiting for someone to offer her a new home.

Poor Rogue was underweight, with fleas, and also had a couple of lumps and bumps. In RSPCA care she has gained weight, had flea treatment and had her unwanted lumps removed.

Rogue is lovely, happy girl who loves fuss and attention. Rogue has good basic training and she enjoys a treat. She loves walks and pulls slightly on the lead when excited. Off lead her recall is reasonable once she has bonded with you. Rogue enjoys playing with toys and will swap her toy for a treat or another toy.

Rogue can live with children of secondary school age. She is friendly with most dogs on walks but can be unsure of bouncy and rude dogs. She is best as the only dog in her new home.

As she was abandoned, there is limited history on Rogue. She can be left for short periods, with the time she is left to be increased slowly as she settles in to her new home environment. She may need refresher house training.

Could you offer Boxery Rogue (who isn’t a rogue at all!) a fresh start and lots of love?
