29/10/19 – Toby has found a home

Sadly, Toby was abandoned in the dog pound in Yorkshire and is now hoping to find his forever home soon with the help of Islay Dog Rescue in Ayrshire, Scotland.

Toby is a brown and white Jack Russell Terrier and is 9 years old. He’s a typical terrier, tenacious and full of character as well as being cute as a button. He can bark initially in the car but soon settles down and travels nicely.

Toby is an older gentleman and, although he does enjoy his walks, he also likes to cuddle up next to you on the couch. He can live with other dogs but he does not like being touched on his stomach, so therefore a home with no children would be best and definitely no pesky cats. He walks nicely on a collar and lead but does not like to wear a harness.

Toby has two wart-like growths on his back but they have been seen by the vet and are of no concern. He has no other medical needs and is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and flea/worm treated.
