Rehomed
Ralph is a gorgeous 7-year-old working cocker spaniel according to his microchip, although it’s thought that he may be a sprocker. He is with All Animals Rescue & Rehome, Essex.
He might technically qualify for an Oldies listing, but Ralph is still full of energy! He is a beautiful lad and will make a very rewarding addition to his new family, as long as they are as busy as he is.
Ralph is in rescue as he was left unclaimed in the pound, which is so sad as he is absolutely fantastic, bouncy, happy and full of energy. He’s just waiting for an active home to share his love of life with.
He absolutely must be kept busy and so needs a very active home to keep up with his energy. He would make a great farm dog, or a pet where he has a job to do; he really loves to learn and be busy. Ralph is totally ball obsessed and will chase a ball all day long! He loves the outdoors and needs a home where he can be outside a lot. He is never happier than when he is running rings around you or tap dancing in anticipation of you throwing the ball.
Ralph has not been cat tested. He is fine to live with other dogs but he is quite indifferent to them so would probably be better in a home where he will be out with his humans a lot of the time. Ralph can live with children aged 8 years plus.
He is neutered, microchipped, de-flead and wormed, and vaccinated. He is housetrained, walks well on the lead, is not destructive, and can be left for short periods. Ralph has a fantastic focus and willingness to learn and is great off lead.
Ralph is very responsive, quick to learn and easy to train. Hhe loves home comforts and a cuddle at the end of the day. He travels well in the car and loves an adventure. He is full of love and enthusiasm, and whoever adopts this little lad will be very lucky indeed as he has the most well-adjusted nature. His little bum doesn’t stop wagging. And although it seems that he’s used to kennel life, he has adjusted well to being indoors, although he does prefer to be outside.
