Sadly, adorable pair, Bodie and Dumbledore, lost their home in May 23 when their owner went into care. Rescue Remedies offered them a rescue place and saved their lives. They are now living in their Rescue Centre in Gatwick and eagerly await their new family.

Bodie!

Bodie and Dumbledore are a very sweet, older pair who are very bonded and would ideally be adopted together. Bodie is a small Staffie born in 2012 and Dumbledore is a Lurcher born in 2013. They are very affectionate dogs and super on a lead, walking beautifully together.

Dumbledore!

This is what one of the Rescue’s volunteers has to say about them:
“I met Bodie and Dumbledore today. They are just gorgeous, so sweet and affectionate. I got quite a few face washes from the pair of them! They walked nicely together on the lead, stopping to sniff all the smells. Bodie also had a good chomp on the grass. She is the slightly elder of the pair and has a beautiful grey face to show her mature years. They both loved treats and she found the pocket where I kept them and poked her head inside! She also sat very nicely when asked to wait for a treat.

We went to sit in the Poet’s Hut and both dogs jumped on the seat with me for cuddles. Let’s hope their retirement sofa comes soon – I didn’t want to leave them!”

Dumbledore and Bodie are neutered, chipped and undergoing vaccinations. There are lots more photos and videos of them here.
