Sweet Mandy is yet another lucky dog rescued recently from a Romanian shelter by Safe Rescue where she had been sadly for around 4 years. She’s now safe and sound in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk, hoping to go to her forever home soon.

Mandy is a medium-sized, black Labrador Cross aged around 7 years old. She is a calm and placid girl with a sweet nature. She mixes very well with other dogs but could also live as an only dog.

Mandy is adapting to walking on a lead well and enjoying getting out and about and seeing the world after her long incarceration. She could live with respectful children aged 6 plus and is a pleasure to have in the family home.

Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from them must wear a slip lead on walks. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used. Full details of their rehoming policy are on Mandy’s details on Safe Rescue’s Facebook.
