Endearing Gerarda, also known as Hedda, was handed into a rescue in Seville, Spain. She is now safely living in Liverpool and hoping to find a cosy, forever home with the help of Project Galgo.
Gerarda is a 7 year old, black Galga who was born on 11/8/2018 and she is 61cm in height and weighs 20kg. She is such a gentle, sweet and easy-going girl who is great fun. She likes beach strolls and also being in the countryside.
Gerarda also likes her home comforts with lots of comfy spots but dislikes very busy places. She would not like to be anywhere too urban but, apart from that, she is very laid-back and adaptable. In fact, she is extremely lovable.
Gerarda gets on very well with other dogs and her perfect home would be with another playful dog and a garden to zoom about in. She is not used to being around cats and her home should be cat-free. Gerarda can be left alone at home for a few hours if she is with another dog, but if not she will need her family to build the time up.
Gerarda is neutered and in great health. She had Filariasis+ but this has been treated and she is fine now.
