Dear Hughie has the face that would melt your heart before meeting him. All he asks for is nothing but love. He is currently being cared for by Leicester Animal Aid and is hoping to go to his forever home soon.
Hughie is a 10 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Boxer Cross and is the softest natured boy you will ever find. He’s just a sweet, older gentleman who loves cuddles and will make a fantastic companion to some lucky person. Hughie doesn’t mind living with other dogs, but no cats please.
Hughie is so content with watching the world go by and getting lots of fuss and treats. He is currently on a weight loss programme but, don’t be fooled, he can shift when he’s excited and loves to run around.
Being an older gentleman, Hughie is very down to earth and doesn’t ask for anything. He is a plodder and loves to walk by your side, enjoying one-to-one time. He’s also a lover of older children and he can be left for 3 – 4 hours.
