‘OLD DOG OF THE WEEK’ FEATURES NEW PHOTOS AND A FRESH WRITE-UP FOR AN OVERLOOKED OLDIE THAT HAS BEEN ON OUR WEBSITE FOR A WHILE BUT IS STILL WAITING FOR A NEW HOME.
Please help Lola Lou by sharing this page!
Little sweetie Lola Lou is a 9-year-old Pug X Staffy girl in the care of Dogs Trust Shoreham, Sussex and is currently in a foster home nearby.
Lola Lou wants to be the only pet at home and to have more than one human to call her own. She has abandonment issues and needs to have someone around most of the time. She can live with sensible teenagers. The more fuss, the merrier!
Lola Lou enjoys her walks but needs to stay on the lead and be walked in quiet areas where she can avoid other dogs. If there are off-lead dogs who might approach her, it’s best to put on her muzzle in case she feels the need to defend her space. She just doesn’t want to have to deal with other dogs, most of them being bigger and faster than she is, bless her!
Lola Lou needs a garden for occasional zoomies and for playing with her toys. She’s a joyful soul and really relaxes at home with her people.
Lola Lou is friendly with strangers but not pushy and tends to be submissive when meeting new people.
She loves treats, snoozing and lap time!
Lola Lou is spayed and a robust little lady who is full of character and love.
