Poor Paddy came into the care of Pawprints to Freedom in Cheshire as part of a welfare case. He was covered in thick matts and needed to have vet treatment to have them removed.
Paddy has had an unfortunate life so far and he’s really hoping somebody will fall in love with him and help him enjoy his years in a happy home being loved to bits! A foster home would also be wonderful in the meantime and would need to be in the Cheshire area or able to continue the appointments at the Rescue’s vet in Nantwich.
Paddy is a 10 year old Romanian version of a Caucasian Shepherd dog. He is a large lad and equally a huge lovebug with people. He has been great meeting new people and really needs a home experienced with large breeds and pet-free so he can recover in peace, though he could live with dog-savvy children aged 16+.
Paddy accepts being on a lead but, due to his size, he can be quite strong and so needs someone used to big dogs. He’s available for meet and greet at the Rescue’s kennels, so come along and say “hello”.
