Good Girl Tilly is lovely, sturdy American Bulldog in the care of Dogs Trust Merseyside in Liverpool. She is over eight years of age and has a few minor age-related issues but still loves walks and has a silly streak a mile wide.
Tilly is looking for a home where everyone is over 16 and she doesn’t have to deal with other pets. Her toys are not for sharing, thank-you-very-much!
Tilly is clean and well behaved in the home. She can be left for up to 4 hours once she’s settled and knows the routine.
She is a big fan of car rides, whether it’s to go on a lovely walk in nature…
…or just to socialise at the pub.
On walks, Tilly prefers to keep her distance from other dogs. She doesn’t like it if they get too close and will tell them to back off if needed. This is easily avoided by simply staying away from other dogs, walking her at quiet times and places. She just wants to enjoy her walk in peace.
Tilly loves a fuss from people she knows but can still be startled if taken by surprise. She can get ear infections and has dry eye which requires treatment. Dogs Trust Merseyside have offered to subsidise this medication if necessary, as Tilly so deserves to have a happy home and people to dote on.
