Freddy is a 7yr old adorable Staffie/Bulldog cross who arrived at Rescue Remedies near Gatwick, West Sussex due to the sad death of his owner. A friendly and loving boy that needs the best forever home

Freddy has one eye, but once he is used to his new surroundings this will not be a problem, but initially he may have to bump into a few things to learn his way around. He belonged to the same person since he was a puppy and used to live with a cat. so could possibly live with a dog savvy cat again.
His last owner was elderly and was unable to give him regular exercise so he has not been used to walking. A volunteer has said, ” He’s a very easy walk, taut leads but no pulling, ignored strangers and seems dog friendly. Absolute delight to walk. He did go the wrong side of a gate and a door, (one eye) and he did bump into a few things (no problem).”

Another said ‘ Freddy is the definition of a “good boy.” He is a dream to harness, listens intently to every word you say, and walks like a total gentleman.’ and ‘Because Freddy only has one eye, he’s a little bit “dopey” and tends to bump into things from time to time—but honestly, it just adds to his charm!’
Freddy loves meeting new people. He seems unused to cars, and although a little nervous to begin with, he will jump in happily enough.

Freddy can live with older children and possibly another dog. He is such a lovely dopey boy just waiting to begin his next chapter in life.
