Queenie and Truffle are a sweet pair of Pomeranian ladies looking for their forever home through Jerry Green Dog Rescue in South Lincolnshire. They are 8yrs and 5yrs old respectively.
Queenie is the quieter and more reserved of the pair, and she may need a little time to feel comfortable around new people. She’ll need patient and loving humans who can give her the space and reassurance she needs to settle in. Once she feels safe, though, she’ll flourish and love being part of the family, just as she deserves. And if you’re lucky, she might even treat you to her adorable party trick — spinning in circles when she’s happy!
Truffle is a sweet little girl with a lovely, affectionate personality, and enjoys lots of fussing and attention. She is such a lap dog and loves nothing more than being close to her people.
When they arrived, they were not in great condition with their coats needing attention, but they are gradually transforming into the beauties that they are. With the correct grooming their coats will grow back beautifully and they will be their fluffy best again.
They will both need some support while settling into our new home, including a refresher on house training and help with building up their confidence when being left alone. Our leaving hours will need to be increased gradually, but once we they are settled, they should be able to be left together for short periods. We would really benefit from a calm home environment with a low visitor load initially, so that we can settle in without feeling overwhelmed.
A quiet and peaceful home with children aged 14 and over, where they can enjoy plenty of company and a relaxed routine will be perfect for these gorgeous girls. They’d love a garden to call their own and need to be the only pets in the home.
