Unremarkable at first glance but study Micky’s ears and you see an inkling of his past. This former Romanian stray has had a hard life and what is remarkable about him is how friendly and trusting he remains, both with people and other dogs. He just needs a loving home!

Rosie (All Animals Rescue and Rehome, Essex)

Gentle Rosie is a soppy, laid-back, people loving Rottweiler who likes to spend most of her day snoozing. She loves her walks and is good on and off-lead. Rosie can live with other dogs happily but does not like cats. She would be a lovely, cuddly, loyal companion.

Bruno (Boxer and Bully Saviours, currently in Kent)

This sweet old boy is almost completely blind but copes amazingly well. He loves his walks and to jump up on the sofa or the bed with you for a snuggle! He’s great with other dogs and older children. He needs company most of the time. Could you help him?

Gorgeous Winnie loves lots of cuddles on the sofa and is good with visitors. She’s now getting to enjoy her walks and is calm with most other dogs. She loves the cat in her foster home and doesn’t mind him sitting on her!

Carlos (Safe Rescue, fostered Tyne & Wear)

Cuddly Carlos is a loving, friendly Crossbreed who mixes well with other dogs and just loves human company. After life in a Romanian shelter, he’s over the moon to be enjoying the comforts of a foster home. All he needs is his forever home now.

Skyla (Rescue Remedies, kennelled West Sussex)

Gorgeous Skyla is a very friendly and affectionate Labrador/Staffie Cross. She’s cuddly and undemanding and would make a really lovely companion. She has been used to living with other dogs and is fine to live with a similar, compatible one.

Bosun (South Yorkshire ESS Rescue)

Bosun is an active, Springer Spaniel who loves playing with his ball, is good with other dogs and enjoys being off-lead. He’s looking for an adult home where he can go travelling on adventures (he has a passport) and he is used to being left for 2-3 hours.

Buster, Poppy and Polly (South Yorkshire ESS Rescue)

Three gorgeous English Springer Spaniel siblings can certainly offer more love than just one, and this lovely trio would like to find a new home together. Cute Jim and Dean are a bonded pair of Border/Lakeland Terriers whose favourite thing is sitting on laps and having cuddles. They are very much people-dogs. They are good with all dogs and used to live with a cat. What a cute twosome.

Taz (Dogs Trust Merseyside)

Taz is a handsome Bouvier des Flandres and a rather stately, polite gentleman. He enjoys his walks and the occasional mad playtime with his toys. He gets on well with other dogs and could live with a calm dog with a similar temperament. He’s also fine with children aged 12 and over.

Paddy (Dogs Trust Merseyside)

This gorgeous gentle giant is Paddy the Akita who likes playing with toys and games. He’d love some walking buddies outside but would prefer to be the only pet at home. Due to his size and bouncy nature, any children should be aged 15+. Isn’t he adorable?

Gloria (Dogs Trust Merseyside)

Gloria is a lovely Greyhound who is so affectionate and loves cuddles. She’s a couch potato and could live with other medium/large dogs. She’s not used to young children but can live with those aged 12+. She would be your ultimate sofa companion!
