    JaspHomeNew Jasper, who was rehomed with his sister Jessica, has very sadly passed away.

  • Chavez in her new home (Oldies Club)

    1.8.10 We are so sad to report that Chavez has died at the grand old age of 17. Her family are devasated to lose her but she had become unwell and unable to walk unaided so they had to make the decision to let her go. The amazing age she reached is testament to the love & care they gave her. Chavez really couldn’t have wished for a better retirement home. Everyone at the OldiesClub sends their love and sympathy to her family. We’ll all miss those wonderful updates on her exploits. Run free Chavez.

    17/01/09 Maggie went to live with a foster family and had a wonderful few days with them, but she unfortunately became unwell. Sadly, Maggie was put to sleep yesterday with kidney failure. CDRS have sent their thanks to everyone that offered to help Maggie…

    18/3/2009 Sadly we have received news that Oliver’s health problems have got the better of him and the vet decided that no more could be done for him. Rest in peace lovely boy

  • Tia (Ark, Lincolnshire Coast)

    7/4/09 Very sad news about Tia. She was on the table being spayed and having her mammary lumps stripped and was found to be riddled with secondary tumours. The vet could promise her no quality of life and so she wasn’t brought out of the anaesthetic. Rest in peace darling.

  • Sociable Sheppy (Oldies Club, fostered Herts)

    1/7/10 We’ve had the sad news that Sheppy passed away – his owner said he was the true love of her life and was so thankful to the Oldies Club for giving him to her. She’s made a beautiful tribute video of him, which you can see here.

  • An update on Sadie in her new home (AARU)

    7.4.11 Sadie spent two and a half blissful years with her new owners but sadly, she has recently passed away due to kidney failure.

    19/11/08 Poor Jenny was found to have cancer of the thyroid and was failing fast. She had to be put to sleep last Thursday.

    19/10/08 – Oldies Club have heard that poor Zeus has sadly passed away. Rest in Peace Zeus.

    8/10/08 We have just heard the sad news that poor Bailey has had to be put to sleep.

    27/8/08 – We are very sad to hear that Cheeky has lost her fight for life. She was a much loved little girl who touched the hearts of many people. Sleep tight Cheeky.

    Biscuit is a frail old fellow with many problems, but he’s battling on and is determined to enjoy what time he has left. He’s slowly building up the strength he needs to undergo dental treatment.

    24/8/08 – Sad news from Many Tears – poor Bella was found to have leukaemia and had to be put to sleep. Run free Bella.

  • Captivating Cassie (Oldies Club Sponsor Dog)

    Cassie very sadly passed away on Tuesday 5 August :( Our thoughts are with Cassie’s wonderful foster family and we are very grateful to them for taking such great care of Cassie.
