In Loving Memory

Punch came into Oldies Club care with tremendous spirit, but he was a very poorly boy and has had to be put to sleep. His lovely foster carers have sent a fitting tribute to this special dog.

16/5/13 – We just had this sad news about Ben: ‘I’m afraid I have sad news about Ben. He has been on two courses of antibiotics for an infection, but they have not worked ,so the vet has carried out further tests and found that he has bone cancer, so has decided that the kindest thing to do is to put Ben to sleep.’

April 2013 Sam was returned to our care recently and, after a few very happy weeks in his foster home, he has sadly passed away. Sleep tight now special boy. You will be very much missed.

21/3/13 Kenny has very sadly had to be put to sleep today. Our thoughts are with his lovely foster carer. Sleep tight Kenny.

5/4/13 Some very sad news: Ace, renamed Ruby, went for a spay operation but was found to have a number of cancers throughout her body, and so she wasn’t brought round from the anaesthetic. She had only been with her adotpers for a few precious weeks and they are understandably devasted to have lost this gem of a girl. Our hearts go out to them.

17/5/13 Graham has been unwell for a while and he has sadly had to be put to sleep. Rest now Graham.

24/1/13 Poor Rizzle has had to be put to sleep. Run free Rizzle

14/11/12 – Sad news from Foal Farm. After an ultrasound revealed a huge mass on his spleen, Butch passed peacefully to the Rainbow Bridge. Rest in Peace sweet boy.

4/2/13 Prince sadly had to be put to sleep.  Run free sweet Prince.
