21/1/18 – Todd has found a new home!
Todd has an adorable set of ears and a heart-shaped nose! He also has quite a lot of other things going for him and he is going to make a wonderful companion in his new home. He is an 8 year old small-to-medium sized crossbreed who has had a rough go of it until now and Safe Rescue want to find him a home where he can be appreciated and loved for all his many good qualities.
Todd comes with some old scars and war wounds, but his days of fighting for his existence are over. He is ready to move into a quiet loving home where he can feel safe and loved. Understandably, he is a little wary of strangers at first, but he will turn into a friendly, sweet boy when he realises they are kind and won’t hurt him (poor boy!).
Todd is great with other dogs and cats; even the mean ones who try taking a swipe at him! He is also very gentle and sweet with children.
Todd has a great curiosity of what might be going on outside the fence of his back garden. For an older dog, he can really jump so you will need to keep an eye on him and teach him that the most exciting place in the world is his own home and garden. He is not plotting escape, he really just wants to nose around and explore and he will come back when you call him.
All in all, Todd is a quiet, unassuming lad who isn’t asking for much, just love and warm bed. He is a real sweetie who deserves some happiness and love in his life.
