Sweetie pie Bruno is a 9-10 year old Staffy boy in the care of Boxer and Bully Saviours. He’s currently in Herne Bay in Kent, feeling a bit bewildered. He had been rehomed but, it turns out, he really needs company almost all the time which wasn’t possible there. So, it’s lucky for you that this adorable boy is available again!

Bruno is pretty well completely blind but he manages very well and still loves his walks. With a good nose, alert ears and his human by his side, the world is his playground. He has the typical Staffy bouncy nature so it’s thought any children in the home would need to be older and not mind being bumped into. Obviously, they’d have to be kind and sensible too. He loves all people and is always ready for a fuss!

Bruno is great with other dogs. He’d readily share his home with another calm one. His friendly nature makes walking him a relaxed and happy affair. He doesn’t understand cats so wouldn’t want to live with one.

Bruno is a very loving boy who appreciates snuggles and home comforts. If allowed, he’d love getting up on the sofa or bed with you! But he will make do with his own bed if he must, as long as he knows you’re nearby.

One thing to bear in mind is that he doesn’t like going outside when it’s raining and he’ll need you to encourage him out to the garden and stay with him until he’s done the necessary. In the past he has puddled and it was very sad all round, so remembering to escort him out regularly is important…as is having a brolly.

Bruno is such a good boy, he really deserves a kind owner who is practical about his needs. Being blind and not having a human to call your own can make even a cheerful soul like Bruno sad.

Could help him find his happiness again?
