15/2/21 – Bella has found a new home!

Sadly, Bella has been returned to Safe Rescue through no fault of her own after living with a family in the U.K. for 4 years, as a change in her family’s circumstances meant they could no longer keep her.
Bella is approximately 7 years old and she is a black Labrador-type of medium/large size (measures 50cm to her shoulder). She is currently being fostered in Bridgwater, Somerset. She has a gentle demeanour and has lived with a young child, although there are no children where she is being fostered.
Bella is clean in the house and sleeps alone happily at night. She is playful, very gentle and always happy to see you. She offers her paws to you one by one when she has been outside so you can clean them and will fetch her toys for you by name.
Bella does have a strong prey drive and is very interested in the world around her on walks, often developing hearing loss when she has caught a scent. She is living with a cat but care is taken when they mix; she could live with a cat if the cat is confident around dogs.
Bella is currently living with another dog and enjoys his company, but has lived as an only dog for the past 4 years.
Bella is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
