19/2/23 – Lady & Trusty have found a home!
Just look at these gorgeous border collies! Lady and Trusty are a devoted pair who are with Jerry Green Dog Rescue, in Algakirk, South Lincolnshire, waiting for a new home together.
Lady is aged 8 and Trusty is aged 11. They both have natures as sweet as their lovely faces indicate. Lady is an active girl who enjoys running around and playing games with you.
Trusty enjoys life at a slower pace and doesn’t want to be running around, but he does enjoy a slow walk and will love having a good-sized garden to potter in.
This delightful duo loves human company and they have never been left on their own, so they need a home where they won’t need to be left.
Lady and Trusty absolutely love fuss and attention and they just want you to spend plenty of quality time with them. They came from a home with 13 collies in total, but they really do enjoy each other’s company exclusively, and so they do not want to be rehomed to live with other dogs. They can live with children aged 14 years plus, and potentially with small animals, depending on a test first.
They are very clean in their kennel and patiently wait until they can go outside to toilet, so they certaingly seem to be housetrained.
