7/9/2023 Gorgeous Sasha has gone to an amazing home where she is very much loved after being seen on the Oldies Club website.

Gorgeous girl Sasha is a 9-year-old Akita who is being rehomed privately and is currently in a foster home in Greater Manchester. Her family had to move and were unable to take her with them so a kind, experienced dog rehomer offered to help Sasha find her perfect retirement home.
Sasha can live with sensible children. She’s lived with children from birth and has a very caring nature with little members of her family. She’d probably prefer to be the only pet in the home.
Her foster carer said, “Sasha is a wonderfully calm dog, very friendly and quiet. She is fine being left alone during the day as long as she has somewhere comfy to nap. She is currently on a mix of dry and wet food twice a day. Even though she had an ear infection and is sensitive around that area she is very trusting, will yelp when touched in a sore spot but hasn’t reacted aggressively to anyone and is very forgiving. The previous owners said she was dog reactive, we haven’t seen anything to show that yet, although we still avoid other dogs until we can test her around them. She is shy and very well-mannered at first but once she settles in she has a brilliant and sweet character and actively comes up to ask for cuddles and scratchies.”
Sasha is cleaned in the home and good in the car. She’s vaccinated and is being treated for an ear infection. She’s an all-round lovely dog and deserves a happy retirement home with people to love.
Sasha is being rehomed privately by Angela, who has confirmed that she will take Sasha back if her new home doesn’t work out for any reason. Prospective adopters will be carefully homechecked by Angela.
