29/4/2024 Gorgeous Nana has found the forever home she truly deserves.

Nana is a gorgeous, brindle and white Whippet lady who turns 9 years old in September 2024. She would like an adult-only home as she likes the quiet life at a slower pace. Nana is a gorgeous, happy, little lady who so desperately needs a forever home and family to flourish with. Meantime, she is being cared for by All Animals Rescue & Rehome in Essex.
Nan was saved from the Chinese meat markets which are absolutely evil and the treatment the dogs get and the things they have seen is nothing short of hell. Little Nana is one of the lucky ones and has come to the U.K. to find her forever home.
Nana is a very typical Whippet in both size and character. All she wants from life is a full tummy and a comfy bed, with cuddles treats and gentle walks thrown in. She has had a very hard life in China; she has had pups in the past and clearly known neglect which is heart-breaking for any dog.
On arrival, Nana was quite overwhelmed but it didn’t take her long to find the sofa, which she claimed as hers! She had a 14 hour flight followed by a few hours’ drive and all she wanted was to have a snuggle with her carer. Nana is so calm and well-behaved. She is fantastic on and off her lead, loves a stroll and an off-lead trot, but she is always happy to get home to her comfy bed to retire to. She has just started chasing a ball, which she has probably never done before.
Nana will steal your bed, and your heart. She is strikingly beautiful and gets compliments wherever she goes which, of course, she is happy to lap up. Nana adores other dogs and would be happy with an older dog companion, or equally as the only dog where she can be the centre of your world, just as she deserves. Nana is house-trained and non-destructive – happy to be left snoozing on the sofa by herself.
Nana is neutered, microchipped and flea/worm treated.
