This is resilient and radiant Roxy, a traditional, small, 10 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who just wants to snuggle with you. Roxy was taken in by All Animals Rescue and Rehome in Essex sadly as a welfare case via the police.
Roxy was emaciated and had terrible staining and fur loss on her back. She has had multiple litters in her life and literally almost been bred to death. Soon after arriving, she was admitted into the vets with severe gastroenteritis where her body was just so neglected it was shutting down. Roxy has made a full recovery and has now been spayed, had a dental and is just waiting for her forever family to adopt her. She is also microchipped, wormed and flea/treated. Roxy is only dinky and she weighs under 15kg.
Roxy is without a doubt the dearest little girl ever. She is not giddy or bouncy and she is very happy to plod around or sleeping on her bed; she loves her carer’s even more and, with a face and smile like hers, it’s very hard to say no. She is the sweetest, most adorable, little snuggle bug you will ever meet and all she wants is to curl up with you for cuddles.
Roxy is perfectly clean in the house, is not destructive and can be left for short periods without any problems. She walks well on the lead and is an absolute pleasure in every way. She is also fantastic off-lead and just adores her humans.
Roxy is fine with other dogs. She is currently being fostered with 10 other dogs of all shapes and sizes and loves them all. She is also fine with older children. Whatever love you give will be returned tenfold by this girl.
Roxy travels perfectly, in fact she just wants to curl up in comfort and sleep. She is a very undemanding little lady who would make a fantastic addition to any home. She can be a bit barky when she wants something or is excited, but she does stop when you tell her to, and it’s usually dinner or toilet time.
