Jerry Green Dog Rescue in South Lincolnshire are looking for the perfect retirement home for this most wonderful boy called Lucky. He is 11yrs and 4 months and has lived with the same owners since a puppy. Now looking for a loving home, where he can get so much attention, and be spoilt, as he so deserves.
Lucky is a Labrador/Golden Retriever cross and has a heart full of love. He has lived with another dog in the past, and is good when meeting other dogs on walks, but it’s felt that now he is an older gent, he needs to spend his golden years as an only dog, in a calm and quiet house, where he can get lots and lots of attention. He is used to the free run of the house, as he really loves his people and thrives on human interaction and affection. Lucky loves nothing more than lying on your lap when next to you on the sofa.
Lucky could live with older children 11+, but they would need to be respectful of his years and understand that Lucky needs his peace and quiet. Lucky is housetrained, gentle, and in typical Labrador style, he loves his food . He enjoys short strolls, cuddles, and playing with his favourite little tyre toy. He is also just as happy pottering about at home in a large garden — sniffing, snoozing, and watching the world go by.
Lucky is fine in the car too, so is happy accompanying you on little days out. He will make you so proud to be his human !
Lucky needs the very best home in which to spend his twilight years. He has a heart as big as the moon and will love you to there and back…..
