The Oldies Club Transport team is looking for someone to join us to assist in the moving older dogs into their foster homes. The post requires computer literacy, logistical and communication skills, use of social media & forums, a good knowledge of UK geography and a lot of patience. As part of a team you will be given lots of support throughout your training. We will go through runs step by step until the new member feels comfortable about undertaking the role solo. Caravan: 7 night stay on dog friendly site We are holding an auction on facebook (click here) for a seven night stay in this dog-friendly caravan at Reighton Sands Holiday Park on the East Coast, very kindly donated by Oldies Club supporter, Julie. There is a reserve price of £250. This Haven caravan site is located between Bridlington and Filey. The caravan is a new three bed, which sleeps up to eight people, and it has a balcony with a locked gate. 5/6/2012 Tommy is now settling well in a foster home in Watford, Hertfordshire, and getting used to the comforts of home. He’s a lovely lad, eager to learn and please Tomi is an active, cheery Staffordshire bull terrier cross who is currently in kennels. He’s a gorgeous boy but because he can be exciteable when first meeting other dogs and is strong on the lead, the Oldies Club has been unable to find a suitable foster home for him.   Most of our old dogs are quieter than Tomi and our regular fosterers are not used to such a bouncy boy!
