1/10/18 Chunk finally found a home, but sadly he didn’t have long to enjoy it and died suddenly. Rest in peace lovely Chunk.

Rosie (Rain Rescue, South Yorkshire)
10/04/17 – Dear old Rosie was too poorly to carry on. She was suffering with no hope of improvement, so the decision was made to let her go. Sleep tight lovely girl.

Cooper (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)
27/09/18 – Sadly Cooper developed bone cancer and passed away. It was a shock to all the staff as he was so well loved. He’ll be much missed. Run free dear Cooper.

Gertie sadly was found to have cancer and she has now passed away. Rest in peace beautiful Gertie.

30/4/15 Very sadly, Diva has had to be put to sleep as she had cancer.

Blossoming Bilko, aka Bill (Oldies Club, fostered Southport, Merseyside)
2.11.2014 Bilko, affectionately known as Bill, has had to be put to sleep following the diagnosis of a brain tumour. He died knowing what real love was about, thanks to his wonderful foster carer.

Sebby (Labrador Rescue North West)
15.10.11 We just heard the very sad news that Sebby has to be put to sleep. He was in extreme pain and had no quality of life so the decision had to be made to prevent him from suffering any further. Everyone at Lab Rescue North West is heartbroken but hopefully Sebby has been reunited with his beloved owner. Run free, Sebby.

Jemma (Liverpool Dog Rescue 1990)
3/6/2012 Sad news from Liverpool Dog Rescue – Jemma had a growth on her leg which was getting progressively worse so her family made the heartbreaking decision to have her put to sleep. Jemma was being rehomed by Liverpool Dog Rescue, but was fortunately still with her family and therefore with people she knew and loved. Sleep tight Jemma :(

18/12/11 We’ve heard the very sad news that Joey’s seizures increased to the point that they were happening constantly and so the sad decision was made to let him go. Sleep tight Joey. :(
