13/11/17 – Lovely Lucy has found a new home by the sea!

Adorable Lucy was stuck in kennels for a year because her elderly owner was too ill to care for her. She has now found a place at Rovers Dog Rescue who hope she will find a forever home and be loved again as a treasured family member. Lucy is a little Shih Tzu girl who is 12 years old.

Poor Lucy has lost an eye due to a bad infection so sadly her vision is not as good as it could be. She is feeling much after the surgery and is more happy and interested in life. She has selective hearing as well; her ears are fully activated at the sound of food hitting her bowl though!

Lucy loves cuddles but her new owner should take things slowly with her until she gets comfortable in her new home and with her new owner(s). She is great with other dogs and enjoys going for walks.

Lucy would love a quiet comfy home where she can feel safe and loved. She could live with another like-minded dog or can be your only one she can have all the attention.

Poor Lucy has had a rough year and she so deserves to find happiness again with people who will love her and care for her for the rest of her life.
