4/1/20 – Lovely Lola is now reserved. We hope she has a very happy future ahead of her.
——————-

Poor Lola was severely underweight and riddled with mange when she came into the care of Adopt A Dog North East as a horrendous cruelty case from the local pound. She’s now healthy and in fantastic condition living safely in a foster home with other multiple dog and cats.

Lola is 9 years old and is a spayed, chocolate brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She is very well socialised and accepting of new dogs and can live with other dogs, but she can be selective with other approaching dogs when on walks on her lead. She is also good with children.

before recovery

Lola has been nursed back to health and she required drops to lubricate her eyes as she was left with untreated eye infections and ear infections. She is fed a high quality diet for her skin and condition and is on daily medication to help her skin to make sure she has no flare-ups. The Rescue will provide her medication.

Lola is looking for a local home which is looking to give a second chance to a once severely neglected, very loyal, loving, little girl. She does not need lots of exercise and a medium-size, secure garden would be more than enough for her. She can be left for periods but, ideally, not over 4 hours, so a retired or part-time working home would be ideal.
